i dont know.
all languages
there is magic here that allows everyone to understand each other automatically
so even if the magic makes it so that our minds process everything in our own language, we can still write however we want if we wanna be deliberate about it..
in other worlds there are countless languages
my friend gokudera understands multiple languages from his world, himself, he's amazing, he showed me writing in different languages from different countries.. italian, russian and japanese (you'll meet a lot of japanese people)
and our world's language is eerily similar to a language in their world called chinese, which looks similar to japanese but not enough to be able to read it
i can read chinese though
i found chinese writing on the internet before when i was showing gokudera what a zheng was and i understood what it said
isn't that crazy????!

Yes but i can't figure out what it is
but..... theres some kind of link. there must be.

their world has some things we have but also doesn't have a lot of normal stuff, or they have half-things, like....
they have no ostrich-horses
but there are animals called ostriches and animals called horses
they have bananas but no ash bananas
cats but no crococats
lots of examples have come up.
but i don't know how to predict where the overlaps are

Well of course there is! We are all part of the same universe, and all made of the same energy, the same bits of stuff. It's only natural it would take the same shapes, in different places. Because at a cosmic level, human beings will always be human beings.

I find great satisfaction in seeing this.
